Procure Analytics was founded to address the complex challenges of a frequently ignored indirect spend category – Maintenance, Repair and Operations Supplies (MRO).
The nature of MRO supplies (millions of SKUs, thousands of individual transactions, hundreds of potential suppliers and the relatively small cost for individual products) make MRO an under-managed category within most organizations. MRO is from 1-3% of most companies’ total purchases.
In the last decade, PA has grown from 2 employees and $5 million in total managed spend to over 100 employees and more than a billion dollars in spend, while maintaining its high-touch service model and member-focus. PA has continued to evolve, adding new categories and geographies in response to our Members’ needs.
PA provides data-driven management of this under-served category and enhances its Member companies’ indirect purchasing teams.

We offer significant financial support for advanced degrees, professional certifications, and other related training opportunities. At any given time, more than 15% of our team is participating in company-funded training.

Procure Analytics has an aggressive program of charitable giving. We match up to $5,000 for each employees’ charitable donations, and we have funded more than 50 different charitable causes.
As part of our commitment to giving back, we support charitable donations and enterprises of our member companies, with several programs dedicated to volunteering time and people-power as well as money.
Every year, our entire PA team spends a day at a Stop Hunger Now warehouse in Marietta, GA, and bag over 15,000 meals.
