The company serves a diverse set of industries including food and beverage, personal care, and household products. Given the sensitive nature of its products, all shrink-wrapped items must be shipped under strict environmental conditions—specifically, below 77°F and 60% humidity.

The company sought a logistics partner with robust technical capabilities, a comprehensive Transportation Management System (TMS), and the ability to support 100% of both current and future transportation needs.


The member needed a best-in-class Logistics Service Provider (LSP) to manage its end-to-end transportation operations and drive continuous improvement across its supply chain. Specific challenges included:
