Brian Halpin joined PA in 2020, and leads PA’s member operations. Brian is a 20-year procurement professional, with broad experience as a practitioner and a consultant. Prior to joining PA, he was a Director at Insight Sourcing (now part of Accenture), where he led client sourcing and transformation teams. Brian holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Lehigh University, and a BS from Wilkes University. He resides in Johns Creek, GA with his wife and two children.
