Karl Wagner is a Director of Operations at Procure Analytics with more than 15 years of operational leadership experience. Prior to joining the company, he led an operations and maintenance team at Kinder Morgan, a midstream oil and gas organization, where he focused on performance, reliability, and team development. He began his career as a military officer, serving nine years in active duty and the Texas National Guard, which shaped his leadership and strategic execution skills. Karl earned his Executive MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology and resides in Cumming, GA with his wife and two daughters, spending much of his free time supporting them at softball events.
