Real Results, Real Impact
In 2025, PA helped members across key spend categories turn strategy into measurable results. The following success stories from last year highlight how targeted sourcing and supplier collaboration deliver value in MRO, Packaging, and Freight.

MRO
A multi-billion-dollar global manufacturer partnered with Procure Analytics to address stockouts and pricing inefficiencies at its Monterrey, Mexico plant. Through spend benchmarking and a Total Cost of Ownership Analysis conducted with Fastenal, the engagement uncovered significant savings opportunities while improving supply reliability and operational efficiency.
Results Achieved:
- $276,000 in total identified savings through price and process efficiencies.
- 20% savings ($160K) identified from benchmarking the top 50 items for the Monterrey plant.
- Additional $116K in savings identified through a Total Cost of Ownership Analysis with a new supplier.
- Improved supply reliability and elimination of stockouts via the implemented onsite model.

Packaging
After a traditional RFP delivered limited savings, an aftermarket automotive filter manufacturer partnered with PA to take a more strategic approach to packaging spend. By leveraging supplier relationships and targeted sourcing strategies, PA helped the member unlock significantly greater savings while simplifying packaging across sites.
Results Achieved:
- 24% total cost reduction in packaging spend.
- Improved results beyond an initial 6% RFP outcome.
- Standardized packaging solutions across multiple locations.
- Ongoing savings and improved operational efficiency.

Freight
A leading food products manufacturer partnered with Procure Analytics to tackle non-competitive freight rates that were driving up logistics costs. By joining Procure Analytics’ Freight Program and leveraging market data to align carrier pricing with actual market conditions, the company locked in more competitive rates and gained confidence in managing its freight spend.
Results Achieved:
- 14% savings on freight spend, totaling over $1.6 million in cost reduction.
- Secured freight rates that stay consistent with actual market pricing to avoid opportunistic increases.
- Enhanced confidence and predictability in freight cost management through Procure Analytics’ Freight Program.
Powered by Strong Partnerships
Our supplier partners played a critical role in our success throughout 2025, particularly as members navigated ongoing market volatility and tariff-related cost pressure.
By working closely with key manufacturers and distributors, we maintained strong service levels, improved product availability, and collaborated on value-added initiatives that helped our members operate more efficiently and reliably.

In 2025, we expanded our supplier network to better support member needs across logistics, energy, packaging, and core operational MRO categories. These new partnerships strengthen our ability to deliver competitive pricing, reliable service, and expanded solutions while helping members address evolving requirements and unlock new sources of value.

Supporting Members Through Tariff Uncertainty
In the spring of 2025, procurement teams faced heightened uncertainty as new tariff developments created rapid and unpredictable cost pressure across multiple categories. During a period of significant disruption in April, May, and June, PA moved quickly to support members with timely insight and practical guidance.
We launched a Tariff Impact Series of webinars, bringing together leading supply chain consultants and key supplier partners to help members understand potential impacts, evaluate risk, and identify mitigation strategies. These sessions provided members with clarity during a volatile period and reinforced PA’s role as a trusted partner in navigating complex market dynamics.
Below were the most-viewed webinars in the series by PA members.
Strengthening Our GPO in 2025
In 2025, Procure Analytics made targeted investments to further strengthen our core GPO capabilities. Through the acquisitions of IMA and Accelerated Insight, we expanded our data, benchmarking, and analytics foundation to help members drive greater accuracy, insight, and value from their procurement programs.

Master Data Services (formerly IMA)
The acquisition of IMA enhanced PA’s ability to support members with clean, consistent, and actionable procurement data. Rebranded as PA’s Master Data Services offering, this capability helps improve data integrity across supplier, item, and spend records, enabling more accurate reporting, sourcing, and decision-making.

Advanced Benchmarking & Spend Intelligence
PA’s acquisition of Accelerated Insight further strengthened our benchmarking and analytics capabilities in 2025. By integrating these tools into our benchmarking process and spend cube optimization, PA helps members gain deeper visibility into spend patterns, identify savings opportunities, and benchmark performance with greater precision.
Engaging with the Procurement Community in 2025
Throughout 2025, PA was active across the procurement community, participating in leading industry conferences such as ProcureCon MRO, PACK EXPO, and industry-specific events including TLMI, alongside other procurement and supply chain forums.
As attendees, exhibitors, and speakers, we shared insights, exchanged ideas with procurement leaders, and stayed closely connected to the evolving challenges and priorities facing our members. Curious where we'll be in 2026? Visit our Events page.
