Patrick Painter serves as Procure Analytics’ Chief Financial Officer, leading the company’s finance organization to support continued growth and operational scale.
Patrick has more than 25 years of leadership experience across finance, operations, HR, legal, and technology transformation. Prior to joining Procure Analytics, he served as CFO for Industrial Flow Solutions and Unibloc Hygienic Technologies, portfolio companies of May River Capital, where he helped drive organic and acquisition-led growth while leading operational consolidation and ERP modernization initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Patrick spent nearly 20 years with Procter & Gamble in senior finance leadership roles across the United States and Asia, supporting multi-billion-dollar global businesses and customer organizations. He earned an MBA from Duke University and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Engineering Management and Economics from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
